Cancellation policy

Cars and vans
Cancellation is free up to 10 hours before the planned pickup time. Later cancellation is charged at the full booking value.
Buses and coaches
Cancellation is free at least 10 days before the service. From 10 to 5 days the charge is 50%. Later cancellation is charged at 100%.
Booking changes
Changes to date, time, route, passenger count or vehicle require renewed availability and fare confirmation.
No Show
Failure to appear, failure to contact the helpline or refusal of an additional waiting charge is treated as No Show. The service is considered fulfilled and non-refundable.
