Cancellation policy

Cars and vans
Cancellation is free up to 10 hours before the scheduled pick-up time. Cancellations made later are charged at the full booking value.
Buses and coaches
Cancellation is free at least 10 days before the service. For cancellations made 5–10 days before the service, the charge is 50%. Cancellations made later are charged at 100%.
Booking changes
Changes to the date, time, route, passenger count or vehicle require a new availability check and fare confirmation.
No-show
Failure to appear, failure to contact the helpline or refusal of an additional waiting charge is treated as a no-show. In that case, the service is considered provided and the booking is non-refundable.
