Airport pickup and meet & greet

After arrival
Collect your luggage and enter the arrivals hall. The driver waits at the agreed point with a sign showing the passenger’s name or booking password.
Flight monitoring
We monitor the flight and adjust pickup to the actual landing time. A flight delay does not change the confirmed fare.
Luggage assistance
The driver assists with luggage and escorts the passenger to the vehicle. Standard airport parking and pickup-zone charges are included.

We do not provide the driver’s direct telephone number. Call +44 7397 299 324 or +48 516 487 388 if you cannot find the driver.
Waiting time
The fare includes 60 minutes from the aircraft’s actual landing time. Longer waiting requires confirmation and may be charged.
