Airport pickup and meet & greet

After arrival
Collect your luggage and enter the arrivals hall. The driver waits at the agreed point with a sign showing the passenger’s name or the agreed booking code.
Flight monitoring
We monitor the flight and adjust the pick-up time to the actual landing time. A flight delay does not change the confirmed fare.
Luggage assistance
The driver assists with luggage and escorts the passenger to the vehicle. Standard airport parking and pick-up-zone charges are included.
24-hour contact
We do not provide the driver’s direct telephone number. Call +44 7397 299 324 or +48 516 487 388 if you cannot find the driver.
Waiting time
The fare includes 60 minutes of waiting from the aircraft’s actual landing time. Longer waiting must be confirmed and may incur an additional charge.
