Booking terms

Service organisation
Landliner manages the booking from the first enquiry until the journey is completed. The service is fulfilled by Landliner or a selected licensed taxi or passenger transport partner.
Confirmed fixed fare
The fare is fixed for the agreed route, date, passengers, luggage and requirements. It may change for extra waiting, a changed destination or route, an additional stop or undeclared luggage and equipment.
Booking notice
Poland — Standard, Premium or Prestige car: Krakow-related routes may be booked from one hour to the next, subject to availability; Katowice-related routes require at least 6 hours’ notice. Standard Van and Premium Van require at least 2 days before the planned arrival, departure or transfer. Bus / Coach requires at least 14 days before the planned transport. Scotland — Standard, Premium or Prestige car: at least 1 day before the planned route; Van: at least 2 days; Bus / Coach: at least 14 days.
Payment
Payment may be made in cash, by card with the driver, bank transfer or secure payment link, as stated in the booking confirmation.
Waiting and No Show
The fare includes 60 minutes at an airport from the actual landing time and 15 minutes at a hotel or other address. Further waiting costs £20 / €24 / PLN 100 for each additional hour started. Failure to appear, failure to contact the helpline or refusal of the extra waiting charge may be treated as No Show and non-refundable.
